  Very disappointed with our experience here last week. Service was very slow. It took a while to take our orders and we then waited over 45 min for the orders. We were told that they were short staffed due to someone ringing in sick. Presentation of meals was very good but a few of our meals were lacking flavour and quality. The pork was dubious in its freshness. When it came time to paying our bill we were then informed there was a compulsory tip fee with a minimum of 6%! This is so wrong and appalling as we felt the tip was not deserved. This is Australia where tips are not usually expected as we are meant to paid proper wages. Needless to say our night was very disappointing and expensive. We will not be returning. I suggest you inform patrons when they book with you that you have compulsory tipping so they are aware of this fact!
