  Always popular. Great food. Friendly staff. No table service (disappointed would earn another star) basic value for money. Positioned excellently overlooking the estuary. Check website for events.

  Re group booking for lunch. Welcomed as we walked thru the door - bar staff friendly, helpful & professional. Food was plentiful & delicious (I had the lamb shank with colcanon - yum!)....empty plates & glasses removed promptly. Highly recommend & looking forward to next visit.

  Was there on paddy's day in 2017. Out of 100 songs played that night maybe 2 were traditional Irish most were songs from 60's-90's British reflected in the audience which was about 40% grey haired. Which in itself is fine, but not for an Irish pub on the most Irish day of the year. If you're Irish and looking for a bit of home, don't expect it. Was probably a handful of lads from back home there that night. Hope they change.
